Our motto “prevention is better than cure” dictates that we insist on a number of health precautions being in place :

Vaccines

Pensez à apporter le carnet de vaccination

Always bring your pets vaccination records. We do not accepts dogs or cats not up to date with their vaccination :
– dogs MUST be protected against kennel cough
– cats MUST be protected against leukaemia, colds and typhus.

If in doubt, please check with your Vet. It is imperative that all vaccinations are current and in particular the kennel cough, as we check vaccination records on arrival and will refuse entry to any animal (no-refund) who is not covered.

Other care

We require your pet to be treated against fleas and ticks before his arival. This is in the interest of all the animals in our care. It is also important that he is wormed before his stay with us.

Please, be assured that we will seek the intervention of a vet at any sign of concern as the well-being of your animal. This remains at your expense.
